Rooka Systems is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2022. The full policy is being prepared. In the meantime, these are the facts.
What this website collects
- Nothing from a third-party tracker. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no social media tracker on this site. That is why there is no cookie banner.
- Page views, counted by us. Which page was read, what linked to it, and roughly what kind of device it was. Your IP address is not stored — it is combined with a secret that is discarded and replaced every day, so two visits on different days cannot be connected back to each other or to you.
- What you type into a form, if you send one. That is kept as the record of your enquiry so it can be answered.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Use the details on our contact page and we will answer.
